Tenet Executive Condominium (EC) releases its remaining units for sale to all second time buyers to overwhelming response. 121 units (74.2%) out of the remaining 163 units were sold on Saturday 7 January 2023. To date, 576 units (93.2%) of the 618 units have been sold in total.

The average price of transactions on Saturday was S$1,380 per square foot (psf). All 4 bedroom apartments have been fully sold, with choice units of 3 and 5 bedrooms still available for eligible buyers.

The physical event was the first since the pandemic and it was done at Tenet show gallery, with close to 140 group of buyers registering to ballot as early as 8.30am. The event was well received by both purchasers and agents whom they enjoyed the whole process of balloting and booking their choice units. Huge wave of cheers erupted in the gallery when the first balloted purchaser step through the entrance.
