Bookings for Tenet Executive Condominium (EC), Qingjian Realty’s first EC launch for 2022, commenced on Saturday 3 Dec 2022 for eligible buyers. On the first day of launch, 447 units (72%) of 618 units were sold, with a conversion rate of more than 45% of 984 ballot tickets dropped.

The average launch price was S$1360 per square foot (psf). All units were well received with homebuyers especially for the 4 bedroom. Choice units are still available for eligible first time buyers where there is a limited supply of upcoming ECs.

In line with prevailing EC regulations, only 30% of the project can be allocated to second-time buyers during launch and this was promptly met for Tenet. For secondtime buyers still interested in purchasing a unit and were unable to do so during the launch period, e applications will start from 30 December 2022 with sales booking scheduled on 7 January 2023.
