The annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) gala event presented by Kohler rewarded the year’s finest properties and developers, including most promising male and female leaders, smartest and most sustainable projects, and outstanding public facilities. The gala dinner held on 12 October 2018 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre saw Qingjian Realty walking away with the highly coveted Best Developer title, in addition to seven other golden statuettes and four commendations.
