Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group Pte Ltd (Qingjian Realty) today unveiled Singapore’s first fully-smart private development, JadeScape. In addition to new smart home devices previously not included in any residential developments here, JadeScape will be the first to adopt a Smart Estate Management System. Intelligent estate monitoring will be embedded throughout the 1,206-unit development.
